The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (defined as net assets plus borrowing for investment purposes) in exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”). It invests primarily in the common stocks of international companies of any capitalization by using ETFs and mutual funds in different combinations and weightings.
