The investment seeks to provide total return while seeking to maintain certain environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) characteristics, climate risk exposure and climate opportunities relative to the fund’s benchmark. Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to invest at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in large cap equity securities and derivatives that have similar economic characteristics to such securities. Equity securities include common stock and preferred stock. It primarily seeks to buy common stock.
