The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to the performance of ether. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective primarily through managed exposure to ether futures contracts. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in instruments that provide exposure to ether and/or in instruments with similar economic characteristics. The fund is non-diversified.
