The investment seeks over the long term, a high level of total return consistent with prudent investment management. The fund operates as a "feeder fund" and seeks to achieve its goal by investing all of its assets in Class 1 shares of the master fund. The master fund invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus the amount of any borrowings made for investment purposes) in bonds, and other debt securities. It invests primarily in debt securities of governmental, supranational and corporate issuers denominated in various currencies, including U.S. dollars. The fund is non-diversified.
