The investment seeks to maximize long-term total return. The fund has significant flexibility to invest in a broad range of equity, fixed income, and alternative asset classes in the U.S. and other markets throughout the world, both developed and emerging. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 40% of its total assets in countries other than the United States unless the Sub-Adviser determines that conditions are not favorable. The Sub-Adviser will invest in issuers in at least three countries other than the U.S. under normal circumstances. The fund will invest across the full range of asset classes.
