The investment seeks to provide high income and attractive risk-adjusted returns. Under normal conditions, the Advisor intends to invest at least 80% of its Managed Assets in fixed-income securities, with an emphasis on public and private corporate credit. It may enter into any type of derivatives transaction. The fund may invest any amount of its assets in securities of any credit quality. It may also invest in securities of other affiliated and unaffiliated open- or closed-end investment companies.
