The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. In seeking long-term capital appreciation, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It invests primarily in equity securities and depositary receipts of foreign issuers, as well as ETFs investing in U.S. and international equity markets, and may invest up to 45% of its net assets in securities of issuers located in emerging markets countries.
