The investment seeks to generate capital appreciation over the medium- and long-term through investments in private assets globally. The fund’s investments will include direct investments in the equity or debt of a company. Under normal circumstances, the adviser intends to invest at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in “private assets”. Private assets include Direct Investments (except for publicly listed private equity investments), Portfolio funds, Secondary Investments, and Opportunistic Investments. It is non-diversified.
