The investment seeks to maximize total return while providing high current income and capital appreciation. The fund primarily invests in the emerging market sovereign debt of countries covered by the JPMorgan EMBI Global Diversified Index, but will also invest in the sovereign debt, quasi-sovereign debt and corporate bonds of emerging market countries outside of the benchmark where the Adviser finds attractive opportunities. It generally invests only in U.S. dollar-denominated securities, but may invest in securities denominated in foreign currency.
