The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns primarily through an actively-managed portfolio that provides eligible investors with targeted exposure to private equity investments. In seeking to achieve its investment objective, under normal conditions, the fund primarily will invest over time in privately offered equity securities of operating companies and interests in professionally managed private equity funds. The fund is non-diversified.
