Investment Strategy
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in private equity investments. It invests principally in secondary investments in investment funds and, to a lesser degree, in primary investments in investment funds. The fund may also invest in direct investments in operating companies. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, are committed to these types of private equity investments. The fund is non-diversified.
