Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to generate high current income, while secondarily seeking attractive, long-term risk-adjusted returns, with low correlation to the broader markets. The fund pursues its investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, in senior secured loans (“Senior Secured Loans”). It may purchase Senior Secured Loans directly in the primary or secondary market and will invest in them indirectly by purchasing various tranches, including senior, junior and equity tranches, of entities that own a diversified pool of Senior Secured Loans known as Collateralized Loan Obligations, or “CLOs”. The fund is non-diversified.
