The investment seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in private credit investments in middle market companies in the United States. The investment portfolio will primarily consist of private credit investments, which include privately offered secured debt (including senior secured, unitranche and second-lien debt) and unsecured debt (including senior unsecured and subordinated debt) across directly originated corporate loans, broadly syndicated corporate loans and high yield corporate bonds. It is non-diversified.
