The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, primarily in paintings, sculptures or other artistic objects (“Artwork” or “Artwork Investments”) from the Post-War and Contemporary collecting category, as well as other collecting categories, created by artists that have an established track record of public auction sales. Post-War Artwork generally encompasses Artwork created during the period from 1945 until the late 1960s. Contemporary Artwork generally encompasses Artwork created from the late 1960s to today. The fund is non-diversified.
