The investment seeks capital appreciation, and with a secondary objective of enhancing income. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its total assets in public and private investments in the United States and globally in investments that provide exposure to the following real asset classes: (i) real estate, (ii) infrastructure, and (iii) natural capital, including but not limited to, agriculture, farmland, and timberland (collectively, “Real Asset Investments”). The fund is non-diversified.
