The investment seeks to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns and current income. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in credit-related investments of U.S. and non-U.S. issuers. Credit Investments include: (i) Loans; (ii) Fixed-Income Securities; (iii) Distressed Debt; (iv) Asset-Based Securities Investments (“ABS”); (v) Convertible Securities; (vi) Emerging Market Debt; and (vii) Private Credit.
