Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit and income-related investments. The managers define Private Credit and Income to consist primarily of direct Loans to U.S. and international private companies that are privately originated and negotiated directly by a non-bank lender. The fund is non-diversified.
