The investment seeks to generate long-term capital appreciation primarily through an actively managed portfolio that exposes investors to private, venture capital investments. Under normal circumstances, the Advisor intends to invest at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in securities that provide exposure to private, venture capital investments. It will seek to achieve its investment objective through investing primarily in equity securities of private, venture capital investments in operating growth companies.
