Investment Strategy
The investment seeks a high level of income exempt from federal income tax; capital appreciation being the secondary investment objective. To pursue its investment objectives, the fund will invest, under normal conditions, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in municipal securities that generate income that is exempt from federal income tax. The municipal securities in which the fund may invest may pay interest that is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax (“AMT”) for certain taxpayers. The fund is non-diversified.
