The investment seeks to generate current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, we invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in senior private credit investments, including, but not limited to, first lien senior and unitranche loans, notes, bonds, and other corporate debt securities, bridge loans, assignments, participations, total return swaps and other derivatives. The fund is non-diversified.
