The investment seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns with a focus on current income. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in private middle-market credit instruments, including direct lending investments sourced by the Core Managers, and to a lesser extent business development companies, private credit funds, and the debt and equity tranches of collateralized loan obligations that are sponsored or managed by the Core Managers. The fund is non-diversified.
