The investment seeks to preserve, protect and return stockholders’ capital contributions; pay attractive and stable cash distributions to stockholders; and realize capital appreciation upon the ultimate sale of the real estate assets the managers acquire. The managers invest primarily in select-service hotel properties with premier brands, including, but not limited to, Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt, that are located in major metropolitan markets in the East Coast, West Coast and Sunbelt regions of the United States. The fund is non-diversified.
