The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. In pursuing the fund’s investment objectives, the adviser will seek to invest in private investment vehicles, such as private equity funds and private credit funds (“Investment Funds”), and direct investments representing a broad spectrum of private equity and private debt vehicles, including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, real estate, real assets, special situations, venture capital, and other private assets. The fund is non-diversified.
