The investment seeks to generate current income and to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns across varying market cycles. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in a broadly constructed portfolio of private, structured and liquid credit strategies. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in alternative income-producing credit and income instruments. The fund is non-diversified.
