The investment seeks to principally generate current income through direct investments in privately originated loans and notes and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation through private equity investments. The manager will seek to build the fund’s portfolio in a defensive manner that minimizes cyclical and correlated risks across individual names and sector verticals by targeting companies with strong underlying business models and durable intrinsic value. The fund is non-diversified.
