The investment seeks to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation, by primarily focusing on directly originated, senior secured loans to U.S. middle market companies. Under normal circumstance, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets (which includes net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit instruments, which may include loans, notes, bonds and other corporate debt securities issued by corporate issuers. It is non-diversified.
