The investment seeks our investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the managers will invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) directly or indirectly in private credit investments (loans, bonds and other credit and related instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). We intend to primarily invest in U.S. middle-market companies, and, to the extent the managers invest in foreign companies. It is non-diversified.
