The investment seeks to generate high levels of current income and attractive risk-adjusted total returns. To pursue its investment objective, the fund will invest in private asset-based finance products and traded structured credit products and other credit related investments that provide exposure to asset backed investments. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes, in securities and other investments that the Investment Manager believes are, at the time of investment, considered to be ABF Investments. The fund is non-diversified.
