The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective through a tactically constructed portfolio of direct and indirect investments in private companies in their early (i.e., venture capital) and growth stages of development across a number of sectors, investment stages and geographies that Hamilton Lane believes are poised to experience high growth (together, these investments are referred to as “Venture and Growth Investments”).
