The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. In pursuing its investment objective, the Advisor intends to obtain exposure to a broad range of private markets through investments in pooled investment vehicles and direct investments in individual securities. Under normal conditions, at least 33% of the fund’s net assets will be invested in investment vehicles managed by Goldman Sachs. Similarly, under normal conditions, at least 33% of the fund’s net assets will be invested in T. Rowe Price-managed direct portfolio investments and/or T. Rowe Price-managed registered investment companies. The fund is non-diversified.
