The investment seeks to achieve long-term Real Returns through current income and long-term capital appreciation with low correlation to the broader public equity and debt markets. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, to U.S. and non-U.S., public and private investments in the following real asset classes: “Infrastructure,” “Timberland” and “Agriculture/Farmland”. It is non-diversified.
