The Fund seeks to provide total return primarily through long-term capital appreciation by investing in private and public technology companies. The Fund primarily invests in the equity securities of privately held, mid- to late-stage growth companies, including common stock, preferred stock, and convertible debt. The Fund may also invest in derivatives, ETFs, and other pooled investment vehicles with similar economic characteristics. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the Fund’s net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, are invested in technology and technology-related companies and similar investments.
