The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in stocks of “environmental companies”. It seeks to meet its investment objective by investing in a global portfolio of stocks of companies located in a number of countries throughout the world, including developed and emerging markets. The fund may invest a significant amount of its assets in a select geographic region or a particular country, such as the People’s Republic of China (“China”). It is non-diversified.
