The Olympic games was a money making machine for many major companies. So here are a few of the top dogs that partnered with the 2016 Olympic games, and have created some inspiring and emotional commercials to make you want to go out and buy a Coca-Cola or a Big Mac… Or make it a combo and get both.
Most of the companies in the list below are BUY rated, except for Panasonic that currently has a HOLD recommendation.

Besides the few names mentioned above, there were plenty other companies sponsoring the overall games or individual athletes.
Ryan Lochte, is in some hot water, and could lose sponsorship from Speedo, Airweave, and Polo Ralph Lauren. But then again, our successful sports stars tend to be forgiven pretty easily so long as the indiscretion is considered minor.
UPDATE: On Monday, Speedo was the first company to drop its sponsorship of Lochte, closely followed by Ralph Lauren. Two more companies have followed.
