Your new trades just came in from IRVING’s AI.
And seven appears to be the word of the day.
Not just because you get a fresh list every seven trading days …
But because we’re taking seven stocks with us on the next leg of this exciting ride!
Here’s the full list of actions to take, for your convenience.
Buy:
Hold:
Sell:
- American Homes 4 Rent (AMH)
These buys should overall be familiar names.
I will point out that auto parts supplier CPRT hit a 52-week low this morning.
Our data suggests this is a good opportunity to get in before a bounce.
As for the holds, ORLY and SAP will join us for another seven-day cycle.
Since June 16, ORLY is up almost 5% and SAP is up some 1.2%.
- The coming seven-day period contains ORLY’s earnings announcement on Monday, July 14.
- We’ll also get SAP’s earnings report on Tuesday, July 22.
Note that the 22nd will be an AI Profit Accelerator trading day.
SAP hasn’t said yet what time its earnings announcement will go live. So, that will be something for us all to keep an eye on.
Now, as for today’s lone sell order …
AMH joined our buy list more recently, on July 3.
That same day, IRVING’s AI signaled to take six rounds of gains on ESAB … 4.5% on T-Mobile … 3.2% on McDonald’s … 3% on Millicom International Cellular … 1% on Motorola … and 0.1% on Archrock.
That’s good for seven days of hold time.
And in the seven-day period that ends today, AMH gained more than 1%. Let’s grab that gain right now.
So why did IRVING’s AI say it’s time to add AMH to the closed-with-a-profit list?
The screenshot below contains the answer.
AMH was just downgraded to “C+,” or “Hold,” in the Weiss stock ratings.
This was due to a decline in the total return index, which accounts for stock price performance plus dividend payouts.
Since IRVING’s AI only selects “Buy”-rated stocks, AMH became an automatic sell.
If you agree that the rest are worth buying and holding through the next cycle, make all the above moves as soon as you can.
We’ll make the exact same moves in Dr. Martin Weiss’ portfolio this afternoon.
Speaking of the seven-day stock rotation, your next trading issue is set for Tuesday, July 22.
Until then …
Take care,
AL Qureiyeh
