The investment seeks to provide investors with returns (before fees, expenses and taxes) that match the price return of the SPDR ® Gold Trust. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest substantially all of its assets in U.S. Treasury securities, cash and cash equivalents, and in the shares of a wholly-owned subsidiary that holds FLexible EXchange ® Options that reference the price performance of the SPDR ® Gold Trust. The fund is non-diversified.
