Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Nasdaq U.S. Large Cap Select Disruptors Index. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in the securities included in the index. The index is designed by Nasdaq Inc. (the “index provider”) to track the performance of large-cap, U.S.-listed companies, with high disruption scores.
