The investment seeks current income; the secondary investment objective being exposure to the performance of the MSCI EAFE Index subject to a limit on potential investment gains. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in financial instruments and economic interests that provide exposure to the value of the index.
