Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to provide investors with returns that are three times those of the Invesco QQQ TrustSM. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that provide exposure to the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1 (the “Underlying ETF”). The Underlying ETF is a unit investment trust that seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the NASDAQ-100 Index, which includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market based on market capitalization. It is non-diversified.
