Investment Strategy
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund mainly invests in common stocks, but may also invest in depositary receipts (including American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), European Depositary Receipts (“EDRs”) and Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”)), preferred stocks, participation notes (“P-Notes”), private placements, ETFs and real estate investment trusts (“REITs”). Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest in at least three countries, including the United States, and at least 40% of its assets will be invested in non-U.S. companies, in both developed and emerging market countries.
