Investment Strategy
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities of U.S. companies that the adviser believe are high quality (lower debt/total capital, earnings stability and stable cash flow), sustainable and undervalued and that meet the adviser’s ESG criteria. Equity securities include common and preferred stocks, as well as in securities that are convertible into common stocks.
