The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The Advisor purchases securities of large, non-U.S. companies in countries with developed markets that the Advisor determines to have high profitability and relative prices compared to other non-U.S. large cap companies at the time of purchase. As a non-fundamental policy, under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities of large companies in the particular markets in which it invests.
