The investment seeks long term growth of capital; current income is a secondary consideration. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in dividend paying stocks. In addition to seeking out stocks that pay a dividend, the fund will focus on stocks that the portfolio manager believes are well positioned to increase their dividend over the long term. The fund's assets will be invested primarily in a broad range of readily marketable equity securities consisting primarily of common stocks. It may invest up to 40% of its total assets in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers.
