Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to generate current income and, as a secondary objective, long-term capital appreciation. The managers expect to seek to achieve the investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of our total assets, or net assets plus borrowings, in senior secured loans made to companies whose debt is rated below investment grade or, in limited circumstances, unrated, which we collectively refer to as “Senior Secured Loans,” with an emphasis on current income.
