The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. The fund pursues its investment objective by investing in other mutual funds managed by the Adviser and sub-advised by one or more investment sub-advisers. It invests approximately 50% of its assets in equity investments and approximately 50% of its assets in fixed income investments through investments in underlying funds. The asset classes may include securities of foreign issuers in addition to securities of domestic issuers. The fund may invest in underlying funds that tactically manage equity exposure.
