The investment seeks to track the performance of the Morningstar® US Energy IndexSM to provide total return through capital appreciation and dividend income. The fund invests under normal circumstances at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus the amount of any borrowings made for investment purposes) in the stocks in the index in proportion to their market capitalization weighting in the index. The index measures the performance of U.S. companies that produce or refine oil and gas, oil field services and equipment companies, and pipeline operators. The fund is non-diversified.
