The investment seeks to maximize total return. Under normal circumstances, the adviser intends to invest more than 50% of the fund's net assets in residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities and U.S. Treasury obligations. The adviser intends to invest at least 80% of the fund's assets (net assets plus the amount of any borrowings made for investment purposes) in bonds. Bonds include bonds, debt securities, and other fixed income instruments issued by governmental or private-sector entities.
