The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus the amount of any borrowings made for investment purposes) in equity securities of Chinese companies. The sub-adviser considers a company to be a Chinese company if it has been organized under the laws of, has its principal offices in, or has its securities principally traded in, China, or if the company derives at least 50% of its revenues, net profits or incremental revenue growth from, or has at least 50% of assets or production capacities in, China. The fund is non-diversified.
