						 The investment seeks to maximize current income and preserve investor capital, with a secondary focus on long-term capital appreciation. The fund concentrates its investments (i.e., invests more than 25% of its assets) in the real estate industry. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and other real estate-related investments located in the United States. It is non-diversified.
