Investment Strategy
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is a is a fund of hedge funds and seeks to invest primarily in private investment funds, or commonly known as “hedge funds,” managed by multiple third-party investment managers that employ a variety of alternative investment strategies (“Investment Funds”). Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by allocating at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, to a portfolio of Investment Funds.
